[提要]  依據(jù)試驗(yàn)研究的成果，概要地介紹了砌體墻與鋼筋混凝土墻組合結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的受力特點(diǎn)、破壞形態(tài)和極限承載能力，評(píng)價(jià)了這類(lèi)房屋的抗震性能，給出了這類(lèi)房屋進(jìn)行抗震設(shè)計(jì)的要求。可供從事組合砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的工程師參考。

Based on the experimental research results, the character, damage states and aseismic capacity of lorick walls and concrete shear walls are presented. The aseismic performance of this type of building has been evaluated. The demand on seismic design of this kind of structure is put forward. It can be referred by engineers.
