[提要]  通過(guò)對(duì)場(chǎng)地以下8m左右有較密大直徑鉆孔灌注樁的改建工程基礎(chǔ)方案的分析比較，提出了雙層地基模式的概念。工程實(shí)踐中采用了水泥攪拌樁加固處理基礎(chǔ)與深層長(zhǎng)樁間的土體的方法，取得了較好的效果。

The foundation plan of a reconstruction project is analyzed and compared in which the high density large diameter boring agitating piles is under the ground about eight meters. The conception of double layer groundsill model is put forward. A method of dealing with soil between foundation and deep long pile by cement mixing pile is used. The process of design is expounded also. It is effective and valuable for practical engineering.
