[提要] 以江蘇省電網(wǎng)調(diào)度中心工程為例,用有限元法仿真計(jì)算了基礎(chǔ)底板大體積混凝土施工期溫度場(chǎng),并在混凝土中埋入溫度傳感器,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)溫度場(chǎng)的變化。實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)與有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果偏差較小,說明有限元仿真計(jì)算能有效地預(yù)測(cè)施工期溫度場(chǎng)的變化,幫助工程師擬定溫控方案,防J卜溫度裂縫的產(chǎn)生。

Temperature sensors were embedded to monitor the variety of temperature field. The discrepancy between data from monitoring and data from calculating is small, which illustrates that we can effectively forecast the variety of temperature field and draw out temperature control scheme using finite element method to prevent temperature cracking.
