[提要]利用ANSYS81有限元程序?qū)鋸澅”诿毙谓孛婕熬磉叢垆摱讨某休d力進(jìn)行了非線性有限元分析。分析中考慮了材料非線性和初始幾何缺陷的影響,提出了合理的有限元分析模型與網(wǎng)格劃分密度,分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)資料吻合較好。此外,分別利用傳統(tǒng)的有效寬度法和新興的直接強(qiáng)度法計(jì)算了短柱段的極限承載力,并對(duì)翼緣寬厚比超過(guò)規(guī)范限值的情況提出了計(jì)算建議。兩種方法除在部分截面的分析中得到較為保守的結(jié)果外,其余均與試驗(yàn)值比較接近。直接強(qiáng)度法計(jì)算上更加簡(jiǎn)便,且精度高于有效寬度法,是計(jì)算薄壁構(gòu)件承載能力非常有效的新方法。

Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis and Calculation for Axial Loaded CarryingCapacity of Thinwalled Stub Columns/Wang Chungang,Zhang Yaochun(School of Civil Eng. of Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150090,China)
Abstract:Axial loaded carrying capacities of coldformed thinwalled hatsection and lipped channel stub columns are studied by nonlinear finite element analysis using ANSYS program.The influence of material plasticity and geometric imperfection is considered
in the analysis.The reasonable finite element model and meshing are set up.Results from the analysis agree well with experimental data.Furthermore,the ultimate carrying capacities are computed using traditional effective width method and direct strength method respectively. The design proposal for sections,which flange widthtothickness ratio exceeds sixty,is provided.The results of two methods are all close to the experimental data except conservative results for a few sections.Direct strength method is simpler and more accurate than effective width method.
