高層建筑框支柱、轉換梁及剪力墻偏軸的結構設計

[提要] 針對高層建筑框支柱、轉換梁、剪力墻三者中心線偏軸的情況，分析了轉換層實際設計中普遍存在的問題及計算困難，提出采用“抗偏梁”的結構布置概念和設計方法，并著重討論了對應的近似計算方法。還可以推廣到普通框架的梁柱偏軸處理中。
[關鍵詞] 轉換梁 偏轉力矩 扭矩抗偏梁In the case that the axes of wall, transfer girder and wall supporting column of high-rise building are not coincident, some common problems and difficulties in design of transfer story are analyzed. A structure arrangement concept named"eccentricity resisting girder" is suggested and its approximate analysis method is presented. The concept and the analysis method can be adopted in design of ordinary frame that the axes of girder and column are not coincident.
