[提要] 某綜合樓在建設初期,將上部18層肋形樓蓋改為等厚空心無梁樓蓋,2002年5月投入使用。根據(jù)新舊兩套方案圖紙分析了各自的材料耗量,針對新方案并末如有關方推薦資料所述可降低混凝土及鋼筋用量,反而有所增加的情況,提出對新設計在計算和構造上的4些意見,以期有助于空心無梁樓蓋技術的發(fā)展推廣。
[關鍵詞] 空心無梁樓蓋 暗梁 柱上板帶 跨中板帶Two types of floor-plate structure were designed for a same multi-storey building: ordinary slab-beam structure and hollow-cored flat-plate structure. The later as a new technique was adopted in order to save the consumption of concrete and reinforcement. Two types of plate structure's consumption of materials are calculated and it is found out that the hollow-cored flat-plate is not more economical than the slab-beam as expected. Analysis is made and for the improvement and further application of hollow-cored flat-plate structure,some suggestions are proposed.
