[提要] 介紹某污水處理廠無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力沉淀池內(nèi)力測試技術(shù),理論計算無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的有效應(yīng)力及其在池壁上產(chǎn)生的等效荷載。采用ANSYS有限元程序?qū)Τ貎?nèi)注水前后的分析與現(xiàn)場測試結(jié)果的對比結(jié)果表明,通過在沉淀池池壁中建立有效預(yù)加應(yīng)力,滿足了沉淀池的正常使用要求。
關(guān)鍵詞] 預(yù)應(yīng)力 等效荷載 有限元 應(yīng)力This article briefly introduces the load monitor technology of a prestressed wastewater treatment factory. The effective stresses of unbonded prestressed tendond and the equivalent loads of pool section are calculated.Though comparing the results of pouring water experiment and analysis by ANSYS 5.7, the reasons that cause errors are brought forward. The comparison also shows that the effective stresses are erected on the section of sediment pool and the sediment pool can conform with the requirement.
