(1 重慶大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院; 2 中國建筑科學(xué)研究院結(jié)構(gòu)研究所)[提要] 介紹了此次《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》修訂中縱向鋼筋最小配筋率有關(guān)條文的修訂背景。其中著重說明了構(gòu)件中受拉和受壓縱向鋼筋最小配筋率在非抗震結(jié)構(gòu)及抗震結(jié)構(gòu)中所起的作用及其取值思路;在對國外規(guī)范相應(yīng)規(guī)定進(jìn)行對比分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國修訂后規(guī)范最小配筋率取值水平作了判斷;并對一些遺留問題進(jìn)行了討論,給出了相應(yīng)的建議。

The function and evaluation of mlnlmum longitudinal reinforcement ratio both under compression and tension are analysed. On the basis of comparison with foreign codes, discussions on the level of evaluation of minimum reinforcement ratio in the revised code are given, along with other remaining problems.
