[提要] 在工程設(shè)計實踐中，長樁持力層下面常遇到軟弱下臥層，為了保證所設(shè)計的長樁安全有效，關(guān)鍵是軟弱下臥層土的沉降量的計算，而按規(guī)范JGJ94-94方法計算往往偏大。采用文中根據(jù)多年工程實踐提出的沉降計算方法進行沉降計算，結(jié)果與實際沉降較吻合，較好地解決了此類問題。

For the purpose of long pile designed to be secure and effective, the settlement calculation of soft soil underlayer is key factor. But it is much large calculated with JGJ94-94 code.The settlement calculaion method presented based on engineering practice of many years is tallied with practiced settlement, and solves analogic questions well.
