（浙江杭蕭鋼構(gòu)股份有限公司 杭州 310003）[提要] 瑞豐國際商務(wù)大廈是國內(nèi)全部采用矩形鋼管混凝土柱的高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑。詳細(xì)介紹了工程的概況、施工過程中進(jìn)行的新技術(shù)試驗(yàn)以及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件制作工藝和質(zhì)量控制措施。介紹了安裝施工中栓釘焊接和管內(nèi)混凝土澆筑技術(shù)。通過實(shí)踐和研究，積累了矩形鋼管混凝土高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

This paper described the construction procedure of this project and the testing for the new construction technique and the manufacturing as well as quality control. The welding of studs and concrete cast-in-site in the tube steel columns are introduced. Through the construction of this building,a lot of experiences are accumulated which may be helpful for the construction of other similar high-rise steel buildings.
