In construction of multi-storied frame structure in city zone, the practice of anchored and jacked pile and single foundation under column is a better choice when construction is prohibitive because of effect to environment caused by constructing noise. Engineering practice shows that this method will bring about symmetric settlement to buildings as well as pile-saving by 33%．
