Optimal selection of structural system of high-rise residential buildings is a multi-objective synthetic evaluation process. Various reinforced concrete structural systems of high-rise residential buildings and their characteristics are introduced briefly. According to the results of analyses, the relationship diagram of main factors that influence structural system of high-rise resiclential buildings is given, how to determine the factor weights and evaluation matrix using the fuzzy analytic decision making theory is obtained. At last, in order to illustrate the overall process of optimal selection of structural system of high-rise residential buildings, an example is given.
