(中南大學土木建筑學院 長沙410075)[提要] 工程實例表明,對墻下條形基礎加固可靈活地安排靜壓樁的施工順序,靜壓短樁(樁長≤lOm)的承載力可采用可靠的壓樁力除以1.5的系數得出。依據工程經驗提出了墻下條形基礎改成樁基礎承臺設計方案與靜壓樁靜壓力的施加方案。在砌體危房加固工程中,當軟弱地基上墻下條形基礎沉降過大時,可優(yōu)先采用該改進的靜壓樁技術加固承重墻下基礎。

Design schemes of converting strip foundations beneath bearing wall into pile caps, and techniques of application of static pressure of static pile are proposecl,which the technique of static pile modified on strengthening of strip foundation beneath bearing wall in dangerous masonry buildings should be adopted first of all when the settlement of bearing wall's strip foundation on soft ground base is too much.
