[提要]  針對(duì)四川省德陽(yáng)市棉麻公司一幢8層框架結(jié)構(gòu)綜合樓1995年整體垮塌事故，從設(shè)計(jì)及施工角度進(jìn)行考察、分析，指出其垮塌主要原因是承臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)太薄及柱子截面太小引起承臺(tái)柱周直剪破壞。建議混凝土設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范增加鋼筋混凝土承臺(tái)（基礎(chǔ)）柱（樁）周直剪計(jì)算公式。

In Dec. 8,1995, the eight-storey frame structure building of the Cotton and Hemp Corp. broke down wholly in Deyang city. This paper analyzes the accident through the design and construction, and points out that the cutting ravage is caused by thin base slab and small column. It is suggested that the provision should add cutting ravage calculation of base foundation(slab) around column( pile) to Code for Desigh of Concrete Structure.
