屈服強度550MPa高強冷彎薄壁型鋼軸壓構(gòu)件承載力設(shè)計

摘 要

[提要] 高強冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在國外低層住宅和門式剛架體系中應(yīng)用較廣,國內(nèi)已開始采用,但尚無相應(yīng)設(shè)計規(guī)范可依。針對屈服強度550MPa高強鋼材冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)常用的軸壓構(gòu)件的承載力設(shè)計方法進行了研究,包括其承載力計算模式及設(shè)計可靠度分析,并據(jù)此提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計方法。最后,通過國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有相關(guān)試驗數(shù)據(jù)的分析,驗證了所提出的強度設(shè)計指標及承載力設(shè)計方法的合理性與可靠性。

Abstract:Highstrength steel coldformed thinwalled sections have been widely used in lowrise residential buildings and portal steel frame structures in developed countries, and come to be used in China.There are no related provisions in design codes in China for reference in engineering practice.The loadcarrying capacity design method for axially compressed members, which are typical in common use in 550MPa highstrength coldformed thinwalled steel structures, is discussed, including the loadcarrying capacity estimation method, design reliability index and design strength values.The reasonable and suitable loadcarrying capacity design method is recommended. Finally, with existing relevant experimental data, the reasonability and reliability of the presented design strength level for 550MPa highstrength coldformed thinwalled structural steels and the loadcarrying capacity design method for their axially compressed members have been established.
