（中國建筑設(shè)計研究院 北京100044）[提要] 在軟弱地基上進行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計時，往往會遇到許多復(fù)雜的問題，如垃圾坑、泥塘等。有時還需要對高層建筑和多層建筑進行沉降變形協(xié)調(diào)。結(jié)合位于垃圾坑上的一住宅小區(qū)的地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計，重點分析了高層住宅樓的樁基設(shè)計，介紹了車庫、會所的地基處理方法，可供類似工程參考。

Sometimes we must coordinate the settlement difference of the tall buildings and the low buildings. Considering the distinct load of the tall buildings and the multistorey buildings of a residential area, the different foundations and ground treatments are adopted to cope with the settlement difference.
