[提要]  預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁成樁質(zhì)量好，承載力高，基礎(chǔ)造價(jià)低，但在復(fù)雜地質(zhì)情況下易出現(xiàn)斷樁、彎樁及斜樁現(xiàn)象。結(jié)合一工程實(shí)例，通過(guò)對(duì)斷樁、彎樁和斜樁的分析及靜載試驗(yàn)，提出了對(duì)類似管樁問題的處理辦法。

The bearing capaclty of prestressed concrete pile( PHC)is high, the cost of PHC is low and the quality of PHC is good. But in the most complex ground case, the PHC would be broken,bent and sloped when it is hammered.The methods to solve these questions are presented based on a practical engineering. The cost of the treatment project is low.
