[提要] 針對水泥土室內(nèi)拌制的強度很高、現(xiàn)場拌制的強度很低的情況產(chǎn)生的攪拌樁工程事故,提出了按現(xiàn)場水泥土強度設(shè)計的思想,從而避免了按室內(nèi)拌制水泥土強度進行設(shè)計而和現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量脫節(jié)的弊端。此外,也克服了超長水泥土樁因靜載荷試驗影響深度有限而得出不合實際的承載力的情形。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 水泥土攪拌樁 施工質(zhì)量 承載力 設(shè)計A concept of new design is suggested by use of in situ cement-soil strength after considering the engineering quality problem of cement deep mixing piles resulted from the high strength of cement-soil mixed in laboratory and very low strength of cement-soil mixed in situ. Thus the discrepancy of laboratory cement-soil strength and in situ construction quality can be solved in the design.lt is also overcome that the situation of unreal bearing capacities are given from static load tests due to the limited load transfer depth for the ultradeep mixing piles.
