碳纖維布在混凝土梁受彎加固中抗剝離性能的試驗(yàn)研究*

[提要]  在混凝土梁底粘貼碳纖維布提高其受彎承載力,常由于碳纖維布的剝離破壞使受彎加固的效率受到影響。為此,提出在梁底碳纖維布的粘結(jié)延伸長(zhǎng)度范圍內(nèi)采用附加碳纖維布U形箍來(lái)提高梁底碳纖維布的抗剝離能力。通過(guò)14根梁的試驗(yàn),研究了U形箍的抗剝離機(jī)理和設(shè)置位置、U形箍量和形式等對(duì)梁底碳纖維布抗剝離性能的影響,并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果給出了設(shè)置U形箍的有關(guān)建議。

The flexural capacity of RC beam can be effectively increased by adhering CFRP sheet to the bottom of the beam. However, the effectiveness is usually reduced due to debonding between the interface of CFRP sheet and concrete. To increase the bonding capacity,U-type CFRP sheet is suggested to apply along the development length of the bottom CFRP sheets.The test results show the effectiveness of the suggested method. The setting, amount and arrangement of U-type CFRP sheet were investigated by experimental researches with 14 specimens. Practical suggestions are developed based on the analysis of test results.
