（重慶大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院 400045）[提要] 介紹了在已有試驗研究成果及設(shè)計經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上起草的《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》( GB50010-2002)新增抗震及非抗震框架頂層端節(jié)點有關(guān)條文的背景情況，并提出了應(yīng)用這些條文的相應(yīng)建議，供設(shè)計人員參考。
