(1 清華大學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)工程與振動教育部重點實驗室,北京 100084; 2 后勤工程學(xué)院 重慶 400041;3 總參工程兵第四設(shè)計研究所,北京 100850)[摘要] SLP空心構(gòu)件指的是鋼面板-拉筋骨架構(gòu)件,而SLP夾芯構(gòu)件指的是硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫(PURF)充填鋼榜拉筋骨架復(fù)合而成的構(gòu)件。運用了有限元計算手段,并與已有的試驗結(jié)果作對比,分析兩種復(fù)合構(gòu)件受彎的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律、破壞形態(tài)以及荷載-位移曲線的特點,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)SLP復(fù)合構(gòu)件比空心構(gòu)件初剛度提高不大,但極限荷載提高達77%,極限荷載對應(yīng)的位移提高達46%。充填聚氨酯后SLP復(fù)合構(gòu)件性能得到提升的原因是充填的聚氨酯對鋼板和拉筋產(chǎn)生有效的約束作用限制并推遲了鋼板與拉筋局部屈曲,改善了其受力及變形性能。

The two composite member's bending performance was probed in detail by finite elenlent means through contrast analysis. And the result was comparecl with experinentations which has been completed. Their stress distributing rule, wrecking form and load-displacement curvilinear characteristic were analyzed. Two major conclusions were got. One is that the early rigiclty of SLP composite member was enhanced little. while its ultimate load is enhanced with the rate of 77%, the rigidity of displacement corresponding is enhanced to the rate of 46%. The other is that the bending performance of SLP composite member filled wih polyurethane foams is enhanced because the local flections of armor plate and steel bar were confined and postponed with its effective restrict effect, and its mechanical and distorthnal performance weie improved.
