【提要】 通過(guò)某化工廠服役20年食鹽電解車間鋼筋混凝土工業(yè)廠房的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試和構(gòu)件受力性能的試驗(yàn)研究，對(duì)受腐蝕鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件及結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠度做出了合理的評(píng)價(jià)，提出不停產(chǎn)、無(wú)明火條件下結(jié)構(gòu)的維修加固方案。加固后8年結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)行較好，驗(yàn)證了該加固方案的有效性。

Abstract:Field measurements are executed on RC structure of a salt electrolytic plant which has been in service for 20 years.Laboratory experiments on mechanical properties of the corroded RC members are carried out as well.Based on the field test and laboratory experiments,rational safety evaluation is achieved.Retrofitting plan is designed.During the past 8 years,the strengthened structure works well all along,which proves that the retrofitting plan is effective.
