[摘要] 結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,對(duì)嵌入卵石層鉆孔灌注樁后壓漿設(shè)計(jì)、施工中后壓漿方法的選擇、注漿量的確定、后壓漿樁的承載力計(jì)算、后壓漿在超長樁中的應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行了研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用后壓漿時(shí)應(yīng)選用樁底注漿,樁底后壓漿的注漿量與樁徑的平方成正比;后壓漿樁端承載力可按預(yù)制樁的樁端承載力進(jìn)行計(jì)算;后壓漿對(duì)超長樁的承載力和沉降均有較大改善。

Abstract: Based on actual projects, it carries out research on the choice of post-grouting method, grouting quantity and bearing capacity of bored pile, and the application of post-grouting in superlong pile. The experiments show that grouting under the bottom of the pile is preferred when using post-grouting, and the grouting quantity is in direct proportion to square of the diameter of the pile. The carrying capacity of the bottom of the post-grouting can be calculated according to the carrying capacity of the bottom of the prefab pile, and post-grouting can geatly improve the carrying capacity and settlement of the super-long pile.
