(鄭州大學(xué)水利與環(huán)境學(xué)院,鄭州 450002)[摘要] 通過1根普通鋼筋混凝土對比梁和7根鋼筋再生混凝土簡支梁正截面性能的試驗,分析了再生混凝土梁的正截面受力性能、破壞形態(tài)及變形特征。試驗結(jié)果表明:在其它條件相同時,鋼筋再生混凝土梁的撓度大于普通鋼筋混凝土梁的撓度,且其撓度隨再生骨料替代率的增加有增大的趨勢,現(xiàn)行混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范GB50010-2002關(guān)于短期剛度的計算方法不適用于再生混凝土梁的撓度計算,需對再生混凝土的彈性模量和鋼筋應(yīng)變不均勻系數(shù)進行修正。

(College of Water Conservancy & Environment, zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: Eight simply supported reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete(RRCAC) beams are loaded to failure. The flexural behaviors, failure modes and deflection propeities are discussed. The test results indicated that the deflection of RRCAC beams is bigger than that of ordinary RC beams on the same conditions, and that the deflection has the propagation tendency with the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate increase. The short-term stiffness formula suggested hy GB50010-2002 Code for Design of Concrete Structures is not adaptecl tocalculate the deflection of RRCAC beams. The elastic modulus of RCAC and the non-uniformly distributed strain coefficient of longitudinal tensile reinforcement shall be revised.
