(中國(guó)電子工程設(shè)計(jì)院 北京100840)[摘要] 在三里屯SOHO項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)三里屯SOHO北區(qū)上部結(jié)構(gòu)-基礎(chǔ)-地基共同作用進(jìn)行了分析。重點(diǎn)研究了筏板基礎(chǔ)方案的基礎(chǔ)差異沉降問題和筏板基礎(chǔ)的抗浮問題。通過分析,確定筏板基礎(chǔ)天然地基方案能夠很好的滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,應(yīng)用筏板基礎(chǔ)天然地基方案是可行的。

(Composite Design Division, China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China)Abstract: The interaction analysis of structure-foundation-soil was used in the process of the foundation design in north region of Sanlitun SOHO, and the difference of subsoil defonuation and the resistance of the raft foundation under water buoyant force were especially studied. Through those analyses, it was confinued that the raft natural foundation can satisfy the design requirements and it is feasible to use the raft natural foundation iIl this project.
