(1 東南大學,南京210093; 2 江蘇省建筑科學研究院結構所,南京210008)[摘要] 對速生楊木制作的單板層積材的材料性能進行測試,材料性能測試結果表明楊木LVL可作結構材使用,在楊木LVL生產(chǎn)過程中采用碳纖維布與其復合,對其進行增強,并制作了一批梁試件做試驗研究。通過試驗分析選擇了合理的梁截面形式,試驗結果表明碳纖維布增強后楊木LVL梁的承載力、剛度顯著提高。

Abstract: The mechanical behavior of poplar laminated veneer lumber has heen examined, and the results show that the poplar LVL could be used as structural matexial. A series beam specimens made of poplar LVL reinforced with CFRP sheets during their production process have been tested and studied. According to the test results, the optimum beam section model has been selected, and the ultimate load bearing capacity and stiffmss of reinforced beams have been enhanced obviously.
