[摘要]  論述了鋼絞線預(yù)應(yīng)力筋用齒合型單孔開口錨具的基本構(gòu)造、工作原理、工程用途和應(yīng)用技術(shù)條件。試驗(yàn)表明，該新產(chǎn)品不但滿足JGJ85 -2002規(guī)程和GB/T14370 -2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)要求，而且構(gòu)造合理、性能可靠、外形較小、加工成本低、工程適用性好，是混凝土樓蓋新增洞口處錨固無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力斷筋、超長(zhǎng)混凝土樓蓋后澆帶處分段錨固無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力長(zhǎng)筋的重要工具。

Design and test of dentate opening anchorage for single-strand prestressed tendons

Abstract: The basic structure, the working principle, the project use and the application condition of dentate opening anchorage for single-strand prestressed tendons are introduced. According to test results, the new type anchorage, not only conforms to whole technical demands of specification JGJ85-2002 and criterion GB/T14370 -2000, but also has more rational structure, bigher reliable performance, smaller shape, lower cost and more applicable than extant similar products. It is proved that the new anchorage can be used for anchoring unbonded prestressed tendons truncated at the edge of new openings on concrete floors, and anchoring long unbonded prestressed tendons at post-casting bands in superlong concrete floors.
