（1 重慶大學土木工程學院，重慶400045； 2 中煤國際集團重慶設(shè)計研究院，重慶400016）[摘要] 按現(xiàn)行規(guī)范及異形柱結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程，設(shè)計了兩棟大跨度預應力異形柱住宅結(jié)構(gòu)，并采用基于柔度法的纖維模型梁柱單元計算了在不同水準地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的響應。采用異形柱軸壓比、結(jié)構(gòu)彈性最大層間位移、構(gòu)件截面抗震設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)彈塑性最大層間位移四個指標，綜合考慮設(shè)計、施工及造價等因素確定了該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的最大適用高度，為該結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計指南的編制提供了參考依據(jù)。

Abstract: According to current codes and technical specification for concrete structures with specially shape columns．two large-space prestressed concrete structures are designed. The response of structures are analyzed under different earthquake. Using the limited value of axial compression, maximum elastic story displacement of structure, component seismic design and maximum plastic story displacement of structure, the maximum height of large-space prestressed concrete residential structure system is determined, and several factors about design, construction and cost are thought at the same time. The results are helpful to establish the design guide of large-span prestressed concrete residence structure design.
