管線穿越條件下圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)局部開口的可行性分析

[摘要]  針對目前我國地鐵車站施工中常遇到的地下大直徑管線,提出不改遷管線,遇管線處圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)局部留缺口、將管線懸吊的方法。采用FLAC3D程序,分析了大直徑地下管線對基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性的影響,對圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)封閉、開口及缺口部位土體加固等方案進(jìn)行了施工過程三維仿真模擬。重點(diǎn)討論了基坑底的隆起變形、基坑缺口附近土體的塑性區(qū)分布及水平位移、基坑缺口外側(cè)的地表沉陷、各層支撐承受的軸力、基坑缺口附近連續(xù)墻體的水平位移及彎矩等力學(xué)響應(yīng)。結(jié)果顯示,采用文中方法保護(hù)地下管線并進(jìn)行圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)缺口處土體加固是可行的。

Abstract: Most metro station situated at busy streets or under the main lines of communication often encounters with buried pipeline. Using the methods of retaining structure local open and pipdine hanging avoid the transfaence. 3D Fast Lagrangian element method is applied to simulate the excavation of foundation pit and analyze the reinforced structure at the local open. The results show that the method is feasible.
