(浙江省建筑設計研究院,杭州 310006)[摘要] 凱納商務廣場主樓54層,高184m,采用全部落地剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,超過B級最大適用高度22.7%。剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系自重大,抗側(cè)剛度大,導致地震作用較大。為保證結(jié)構(gòu)的延性,工程采用基于性能的抗震設計方法,針對超限情況和結(jié)構(gòu)體系,提出性能設計目標,并采用不同的計算軟件進行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,以提高設計的可靠性,避免抗震安全隱患。結(jié)果表明,工程抗震性能較好,結(jié)構(gòu)體系安全可行。

It applies the shear wall structure system witbout tranter remembers,which exceeds the B-level height 22.7%. The self weight and lateral stiffness of the shear wall structure system is so large that the seismic influence is notable. Aimed at the height beyond the code-specification and the structure system of the project, the performancr based design method is adopted, in order to guarantee the reliability of the seismic design and ensure the earthquake safety. The performance objectives are recommendations,and the structure is analyzed with some different calculating pmgrams. Based on the analysis,the seismic performance of the structure system is good,and the structure is safe and reliable.
