(1 西安建筑科技大學(xué),西安710055:2 深圳建升和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝工程有限公司,深圳518000;3 中國新時(shí)代國際工程公司,西安710054)[摘要] 對廣州新白云機(jī)場維修設(shè)施工程大跨鋼屋蓋采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制多點(diǎn)液壓同步提升技術(shù)進(jìn)行安裝。工程投影面積大、跨度大、質(zhì)量重,提升過程中結(jié)構(gòu)的受力狀態(tài)和提升到位安裝成形后結(jié)構(gòu)最終的受力狀態(tài)有很大的不同。利用有限元對提升狀態(tài)的結(jié)構(gòu)重新建立力學(xué)模型,并考慮提升點(diǎn)在提升狀態(tài)下位移的不一致性以及提升點(diǎn)的力學(xué)模擬,對提升過程進(jìn)行了分析研究。通過分析對結(jié)構(gòu)在提升狀態(tài)下的安全性進(jìn)行判斷,并結(jié)合工程中的實(shí)測結(jié)果對力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)和修正,得出提升過程中提升點(diǎn)位移不一致性對結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)論對類似工程有借鑒作用。

The steel roof had large area, long span and huge weight, and the structure form in lifting process differed from the design status.The finite element model of the structure in the lifting status is rebuilt. Considering the displacement difference and the mechanics simulation of the lifting points, the lifting process is analyzed. Through the analysis it could judge whether the lifting status was safe. From the value of the construction measure, the finite element model is validated and corrected and the irfluence of the displacement difference of the lifting points are found out. The researching conclusions could be used by the similar construction.
