【提要】粘彈性阻尼材料對(duì)溫度非常敏感,用一種粘彈性材料來滿足大溫差范圍內(nèi)的使用是很難的,為此提出了大溫差粘彈性阻尼器,它由分別適用于高溫與低溫的兩種粘彈性材料串聯(lián)而成。通過試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),大溫差粘彈性阻尼器可在較大的溫度范圍內(nèi)保持較好的性能。用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,得出大溫差粘彈性阻尼器的基本參數(shù)表觀剪切模量及損耗因子與高、低溫粘彈性阻尼材料所占比例關(guān)系,為設(shè)計(jì)適用于不同溫度范圍的粘彈性阻尼器提供參考。

Abstract:Viscoelastic material is highly sensitive to temperature, and it's difficult to use a type of VE material in a wide temperature range. A wide temperature range VE damper is put up. It's made of two kinds of VE material which has different range of applying temperature respectively. Through the test, a conclusion is drawn that a wide temperature range VE damper can remain good quality in a wide temperature range. Based on mathematical statistics theory, the relations of the loss factor and the apparent storage shear modules and the scale of two kinds of VE material are got.
