(1 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,上海200092;2 上海建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司,上海200041)[摘要] 以上海旗忠網(wǎng)球中心可開閉屋蓋的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)為工程背景,對主管內(nèi)部具有加勁肋的空間多支管的焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究和數(shù)值分析。探討了復(fù)雜管節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)的加載方法,描述了節(jié)點(diǎn)的塑性應(yīng)變、破壞形式和機(jī)理以及加勁肋的構(gòu)造效應(yīng)。節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較高的承載力,主管內(nèi)加勁肋的設(shè)置有效提高了節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度和強(qiáng)度,改變了節(jié)點(diǎn)破壞的形式。增加加勁肋的數(shù)量或者厚度有助于增強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度,但合理安排加勁肋的位置比增加數(shù)量更為重要,隨著加勁肋數(shù)量增多,厚度的作用減弱。

Ltd., Shanghai 200041 ,China)Abstract: Static behavior of welded multiplanar circular hollow section joints with stiffeners inside the chord member was investigatd experimentally and numerically, based on the key connection in the moveable roof structures of Shanhai Qizhong Tennis Center. The methodology of experimental loading on the complicated tubular joint was discussed. Plastic strain, failure mode, mechanism and effects of internal stiffeners were described. It is concluded that the joint has higher bearing capacity. Stiffeners arranged inside the chord enhance both rigidity and strength of the joint as well as change its failure mode. Increasing the number or the thickness of the stiffeners is helpful for strength of the joint, but arrangjng reasonably the locations of the stiffeners is more important than increasingthe number of the stiffeners and the effect of thickness of the stiffeners becomes slighter with the increment of the stiffeners.
