（中國建筑設(shè)計研究院，北京100044）[摘要] 工程由5座高層建筑及圍合在中間的純地下車庫組成，介紹了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計中為減少差異沉降采取的主要措施、結(jié)構(gòu)方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計方面所做的計算分析和比較，以及預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)在上部大跨度轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)和連體結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用，可為同類工程設(shè)計提供參考。

Measures to reduce the settlement difference in the foundation, structure-type selection and optimized design, application of prestressed concrete in the long span tranqer structure system and connected double- structure system are discussed. These may be referred in the similar projects design.
