[提要] 測試了采用游動錨技術(shù)的漳州水處理廠卵形消化池工程預應(yīng)力鋼筋的摩阻損失,分析了預應(yīng)力摩阻損失的組成與計算方法。測得了預應(yīng)力鋼筋的伸長值,并與理論計算結(jié)果進行了對比。分析表明,實測值與理論計算值吻合較好;游動錨技術(shù)可以用來解決類似工程的相關(guān)問題。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 卵形消化池 預應(yīng)力 摩擦損失 變角墊塊 伸長值To determine the distribution of the effective stress of the prestressing tendons in the oval sludge digester, the friction loss caused by the variable-angle heel and the duct friction coefficient are often required to be measured on site. Oval sludge digester of Zhangzhou water treatment plant is a bidirection prestress structure without bond, circumferential prestress tendons are pretensioned through OVM wandering anchor devices with the variable-angle heel. Contrasted with the normal prestressed concrete structure,some new features are included in this test. When measuring the friction loss,the value of elongation of the prestressing tendons is tested at the meantime.
