?。? 東莞市百分百建設工程有限公司 523129； 2 臺山市第一建筑集團公司 529200）[提要] 采用天然基礎的某綜合樓因使用需要由原來1層增至4層，主體結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)驗算達到設計要求，基礎需要加固，采用錨桿靜壓樁進行處理，取得較為理想的加固效果。該設計及施工方案可供同類工程參考。
