[提要] 通過理論推導(dǎo)，求出柱基底面積和長寬尺寸的直接計(jì)算式，可根據(jù)已知條件一次完成計(jì)算。還推出基底應(yīng)力比與基底偏心程度的關(guān)系式和基底長寬比計(jì)算式，根據(jù)已知條件可合理控制基底偏心程度和長寬比。

So the base eccentrical degree and ratio of length to breadth can be controlled applicably according to known condition.
