[提要] 針對高烈度地震區(qū),在層3設(shè)置轉(zhuǎn)換層且為B級高度的高層建筑的抗震設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)介紹了在方案設(shè)計(jì)階段結(jié)構(gòu)方案的優(yōu)化分析,在整體上如何合理地進(jìn)行計(jì)算簡圖的簡化,提出復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)必須進(jìn)行的補(bǔ)充計(jì)算和高位轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)豎向結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件截面的控制要點(diǎn)。對比分析了轉(zhuǎn)換層上下的剛度及相關(guān)參數(shù)。

It focuses on the optimization analysis of structure in the phase of plan and how to predigest the calculation diagram reasonably. It is put forward that complementary calculation is necessary for the design of complex structure. The main control points of vertical structural members in a high location transfer structure are also listed. Additionally, rigidities of upper and lower structural storeies of the transfer storey are analysed.
