[提要] 焊接鋼管桁架有時需要在節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)設(shè)置加勁肋。對焊接鋼管內(nèi)加勁相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元分析,探討了管內(nèi)加勁節(jié)點(diǎn)的傳力路徑,通過縮尺模型試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了有限元分析結(jié)果。針對節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)應(yīng)力集中,提出有效緩解應(yīng)力集中的構(gòu)造措施。有限元分析表明,管內(nèi)加勁節(jié)點(diǎn)中的加勁肋是重要的受力部件,為該節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論依據(jù)。

Being subjected to heavy load,the truss joint is usually stiffened by rib stiffeners. Stiffened tubular truss joints are studied by FEM, and the mechanism of the joints is analyzed. Short scale experiments are carried out to testify the validity of FEM analysis result. Detail modification is taken to relieve stress concentration in the stiffened joints effectively. The results of FEM analysis indicate that the rib stiffeners in the stiffened joints are important components.
