[提要] 長沙錦繡中環(huán)大廈原設(shè)計(jì)為24層混凝土框架－剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，施工至層13后，改為28層鋼框架－混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。簡要地介紹了這一工程的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和構(gòu)造處理措施，并對兩種結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行了比較，論證了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)方案的優(yōu)越性。

The designing characteristics and constructional arrangement of the engineering are briefly described. By comparing the two types of structure plan,the superiority of the steel structure is demonstrated for building reconstruction.
