某綜合樓不均勻沉降事故分析與處理

[提要] 介紹了南京一采用水泥攪拌樁復合地基的9層框架結構綜合樓產(chǎn)生不均勻沉降及沉降過大的情況。分析了產(chǎn)生沉降的原因，運用限沉樁及應力解除法，對該綜合樓進行了糾偏設計與施工，并取得了成功。

The application principle of anti-settlement pile and stress release method is set forth.The design and construction method to rectify incline of this building is introduced.
