在役鋼吊車梁基于疲勞動態(tài)可靠度的維修加固決策*

[提要]  對在役鋼結構吊車梁進行定期、不定期的檢查是避免發(fā)生疲勞失效的最有效方法。從經(jīng)濟的觀點要求維護方法的費用最小,同時還應滿足最小的安全指標。基于疲勞動態(tài)可靠度,對在役鋼結構吊車梁的維修加固策略進行了探討,考慮維修加固效益和維修加固后的經(jīng)濟影響,提出了以疲勞動態(tài)可靠度為約束,以維修加固總效益為目標函數(shù)的維修加固優(yōu)化決策模式,并通過某鋼廠圓弧端吊車梁的維修加固實例進行驗證??蔀楣I(yè)建筑吊車梁的設計、管理和維護提供依據(jù)。

It is an effective method to carry out regularly inspection on steel crane girder structures in order to prevent from fatigue failure.ln the economic point of view, the maintenance methods not only satisfy the minimum cost but also satisfy the minimum safe index. The strategy on repair and reinforcement on steel crane girder structures in service based on fatigue clynamic reliability is analyzed. Considering the benefits of repair and the long-term economic affection after repair and reinforcement; using the fatigue dynamic reliability as constraint condition,thinking of that the sum of benefits of repair ancl reinforcement as object function, the optimization model is put forward. Then it is used to a certain crane arc ends repair and reinforcement.lt shows that the method and the results can be used for designer, capital construction manager and researcher reference.
