[提要] 針對(duì)信遠(yuǎn)大廈工程設(shè)計(jì)出現(xiàn)的問題,通過調(diào)整剪力墻厚度、開洞位置等手段解決了內(nèi)筒外框結(jié)構(gòu)第一周期為扭轉(zhuǎn)周期這一不利影響;分析了溫度應(yīng)力對(duì)超長(zhǎng)樓板的影響,并提出處理意見;從計(jì)算及構(gòu)造上解決了樓板開洞過大問題。對(duì)于梁托柱時(shí)柱位于梁塑性鉸區(qū)所帶來的問題,根據(jù)抗震設(shè)計(jì)基本概念予以解決。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 扭轉(zhuǎn)周期 溫度應(yīng)力 構(gòu)造 梁托柱According to the design of Xinyuan building, the problem, which the first structural period is torsional period in frame-corewall structure, has been solved through the adjustment of thickness of shear wall and the location of calculation holes. The effect of temperature stress to long distance slab is analyzed,and some suggestions are proposed. The problem of large hole on slab in calculation and construction is solved. Basing on the concept of seismic design,a method is proposed when column is in the plastic joint area of beam.
