[提要] 在無(wú)洞口墻和有洞口墻抗側(cè)移剛度的基礎(chǔ)上，推導(dǎo)了墻柱抗側(cè)移剛度的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算公式，提出了有效抗剪截面面積的概念和實(shí)用算法，對(duì)抗震墻數(shù)量的確定提出了簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用的計(jì)算方法，有助于底部框架－抗震墻房屋的簡(jiǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)。

Based on the lateral stiffness of asismic wall with hole or not, simplified formulas to calculate the lateral stiffness of aseismic wall and column are derived. The concept of efficient area to resist shear force and it's calculating formulas are brought out.A method to determine the amount of asismic wall, which is useful to simplify the design of shear wall of brick masonry building with frame-shear wall structure at first two stories, has been put forward.
