[提要]  以實(shí)際工程為背景，詳細(xì)闡述了疏樁基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法，與普通樁基方案進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析，重點(diǎn)介紹了疏樁基礎(chǔ)上基底寬度的確定、用樁數(shù)量的優(yōu)化、樁土荷載分擔(dān)比的選擇、建筑物沉降量的影響因素和有效控制手段，并與工程的實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析，研究結(jié)果和實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)可供參考。

The sparse pile foundation is designed with smaller pile diameter and less pile amount than the conventional pile foundations and therefore costs less. The design procedure of a sparse pile foundation is depicted in details and some related problems are discussed. Analysis results show that the soil properties have great effects on bearing proportion between pile and soil,and the settlement of building is more sensitive to the length of pile and backfill soils.
