[提要]  結(jié)合某高層建筑上部結(jié)構(gòu)及樁筏基礎(chǔ)的改造設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)不同設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了比較分析，提出用加大截面法對(duì)框架柱進(jìn)行加固，用懸掛的方法來滿足在建筑物四周增加面積的要求，同時(shí)論述了大直徑鋼管靜壓錨桿樁在樁筏基礎(chǔ)改造中的應(yīng)用，可供類似工程參考。

Combined with an actual project design of rehabilitation and adding area of a high-rise building, several different schemes are compared and analyzed. Based on the analysis, the problems of rehabilitation and adding area for the building are resolved through strengthening columns and suspended structure. The application of big-diameter tubular steel anchor pile in the reformation of piled raft foundation is also discussed.
