[提要]  對(duì)產(chǎn)生鋼筋銹蝕破壞的某煤礦井塔進(jìn)行了耐久性檢測(cè)和安全性評(píng)價(jià)，同時(shí)進(jìn)行了混凝土內(nèi)鋼筋腐蝕機(jī)理分析。結(jié)果表明，井塔的損壞是由于施工中混凝土內(nèi)摻氯鹽引起的，目前的耐久性破壞己到了非常嚴(yán)重的地步，嚴(yán)重威脅井塔的安全。根據(jù)理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果，采取SBR復(fù)合改性混凝土和滲透性鋼筋阻銹劑雙重阻銹措施對(duì)原井塔進(jìn)行了加固和修復(fù)。一年后的檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明井塔修復(fù)效果良好。

Durability inspection and safety evaluation were made to a damaged coal mine shaft tower due to the corrosion of rebar in concrete, and the corrosion mechanisms of rebar in concrete were analyzed. Results indicated that the damage of the tower was due to the adulterated chlorides during the concrete casting, and the damaged degree of the shaft tower was very serious. Pased on the theoretical analysis and experimental results, one kind of permeable corrosion inhibitor and SBR polymer modified cement concrete were selected in the rehabilitation of the tower. Inspection results after one year of the rehabilitation indicated that the repair was all right.
