[提要] 在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對粘鋼加固鋼筋混凝土預(yù)制板設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了探討，提出了外粘鋼板的用量
計算公式。同時對該加固方法用于實際工程的施工工藝作了介紹，并對采用該設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行加固的某工程做現(xiàn)場加載試驗，結(jié)果表明，預(yù)制板經(jīng)加固后完全滿足安全使用要求，證明了采用該設(shè)計方法是有效的，為類似的工程加固設(shè)計提供了參考。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 粘鋼加固 預(yù)制板 設(shè)計方法 應(yīng)用Based on the theoretical analysis, the design method of reinforced concrete precast slabs strengthened by sticking steel plate is discussed, and the calculated formula of steel-bonded consumption is presented. The construction method of steel-bonded technique is introduced and a practical project is put to test. The test results show that it can meet serviceable request after being strengthened by sticking steel plate,which testifies that the design method is useful, and can provide reference to similar engineering applications.
