[提要] 針對某高層板柱-剪力墻辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)改造加固的設(shè)計要點,比較不同版本的高層建筑設(shè)計規(guī)程和抗震規(guī)范在高寬比、剪力墻最大間距及軸壓比三個方面的要求,對此類板柱-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的改造加固進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 多層建筑 板柱-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu) 改造 加固The key points of the reconstruction and strengthening design of a tall slab-column and shear-wall office building are introduced, the demands on height-width ratio, the biggest space between shear-walls and axial compressive load ratio in three editions of Code for Design of Tall Building and Code for Seismic Design of Building published in 1979, 1991 and 2002 respectively are compared. Some methods of similar reconstruction and strengthening design of the tall slab-column and shear-wall structures are adopted broadly in this project.
