[提要]  針對(duì)某混合結(jié)構(gòu)綜合樓需整體遷移并抬高0.45m的具體情況，提出了建筑物整體平移抬升一次到位
的技術(shù)方案，并對(duì)建筑物整體遷移設(shè)計(jì)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和構(gòu)造措施進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。與傳統(tǒng)方法相比，該方案具有牽引設(shè)備用量少、牽引過(guò)程易于控制、工期短、造價(jià)低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可為類(lèi)似整體遷移抬升工程提供參考。
